The miracle of the day is brought to us by a warm sun. Not a hot sun, not a burning sun such that it pierces the skin and makes it itch, but a sun just warm enough for a pleasant walk without the need for shade, as tender as the color of a baby dandelion. The patches of sunlight on the pavement are golden, and the grass is littered with the brilliance of diamonds where they are hit by the light. The entire morning feels like a hug, a loving embrace by a Father who loves me.
This is a blessing because I forgot my umbrella today, and asked for pleasant walking weather on the way to work ^^
