Sheryl is the wife of Carlo. After working in Singapore for a few years, she is now staying in the Philippines and taking care of their young son, David. Apart from that, she is also taking care of the house church in Lucena.
Sheryl faces the responsibilities of motherhood, the demands of a full time, shifting job, and the challenges that come with leading a life group.
In the face of all these, she has remained faithful to her calling, to the best that her abilities and circumstances allow.
Her humble heart and gentle spirit is an inspiration to the people under her care. She guides them with a motherly hand, and leads the care group by her life example.
Most in her group are students and young adults. In opening up her home to be a house church, she is showing them an alternative to their accustomed lifestyle that involves the presence of Jesus in their lives. She is showing them the possibility of how a full life is lived when Jesus is let into the heart, home, and family.
