This psalm sounds almost like a demand to me. But if read in the context of the speaker’s desperation, it sounds more appropriate. Haven’t we been there? In the pleading, bargaining, I’ll-do-anything-just-please-please-God-help-me moment in our lives?
God hears all prayers. He is close to us in our moments of despair as much as He is in our moments of victory
