Contrition
To You, My God, creator of everything, Lord Supreme.
To Jesus, whose Name is more powerful than anything on this earth.
The the Holy Spirit, who recides within me.
To the Spirit that is three in one.
My first devotion should be to to You. My first love, my only love, the source of all my power and strengths.
Help me to find my way back Lord. Help me to remember.
Forgive me the weaknesses of my mind. Forgive my incapacity to retain what I know of You, the little I know of You. Forgive me the times when my mind is traitorous and untrue.
Forgive me my arrogance and my pride. Forgive me of the times when my thoughts are louder than Your voice inside my head.
Forgive me the weaknesses of my heart. Forgive me the times when I have given in to the temptations of my personal emotions.
You should be greater in me, I should be less. You should overfill. I should be diminished.
Forgive me the careless declarations of my tongue. Forgive me things I have said in anger, in sorrow, and in pain. Forgive the words and thoughts of a foolish woman.
I am so sorry Lord. And I am asking for Your forgiveness. Undeserving as I am, unworthy as I am, I am seekng and asking, while You are near. And You are always near.
Help me to be better today. Heal me every day that comes. Be my daily bread.
Speak to me Lord. But more than that, if I may ask, open my ears so that I would hear. Open my heart so that I would obey. Open my mind and spill out, take out, everything that is not holy, any thought that is not pleasing to You, and fill it with more of You and Your Holy Spirit.
Make me stronger. Inside and out, make me stronger Lord.
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

You are my joy and my salvation.
Thank you for the feelings. Thank you for the pain. Thank you for the bitterness. You are making me experience a life that is truly lived. You are showing me what my heart is for. It is painful God, and I am sorry that I am less than the challenge. That I caved at the first moment.
And I am seeking You now. For guidance, for heart knowledge, for strength. Be the One to prevail over my heart, my speech, and my deeds God.
Be my rock, be my strength.
Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.
Psalm 105:4
Lord Jesus, look over him today. Refresh his spirit, renew his mind. Cover him with your protection wherever he goes. Keep him from harm. Give his body some rest.
As he seeks You, increase within him. Keep him safe. Make him strong. Heal his ailments. Hear his pleas.
