Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number.

The Acts 2 church was an incredible time when the church grew exponentially, in spite of all the challenges it was facing, and despite all odds. The Holy Spirit was at work in a tangible and recognizable way.
Jesus, You are a worker of miracles, and I know that You can do it over and over again. Manifest on this earth once more the fervor with which the Acts 2 church grew and flourished. Work in me, in my leaders, in my church, and on Your people that it might come to pass in this lifetime.
