This is a thought I’ve had a for a long time, ever since I started going to Hope Church. These people, these people who know how to pray and to serve God, and to talk to Him, and to worship Him… in terms of academia, these people are in their Masters or PhD degrees, and I’m still in kindergarten. Preschool even.
They can close their eyes and find God in their hearts at the drop of a hat. I close my eyes, and it’s just dark. God is there, but it takes a while for me to really feel Him.
Lazy to check, but this was written probably back in 2007, or 2008.
I became one of those people. I learned how to pray, and to serve; how to talk to God and to worship Him.
I have several PhD degrees now.
And I have also learned since then that there is no endgame to this on earth, no final graduation.
Only further studies.
And sometimes, distance learning.
